OVHS Faculty Shines in All Star Game he 5th annual Celebrity Basketball Game brought in over 200 people for the event, as famous celebrities and the Ocean View faculty faced off in a very rough game. Coach Jim Harris scored 24 points and Coach Roger Holmes was in- credible, as nothing seemed to stop him scoring 32 points. The faculty players consisted of Steve Smith, John'Myers, John Webb, Jim Harris, Steve Colflesh, Roger Holmes, Jeff Harshaw, Mike Da Deppo, Greg Sprivill, and Rich Kerk. Coaches 1. Christopher, Peter Brady, Knight takes time out to glve OVHS what he's got. 2. Leading scorer Roger Holmes pours in 32 for the faculty. 3. Rick Klrk, Ernest Harden, Steve Colllesh, and Tim Culbertson line up for the free throw. 74 Celebrity Basketball were Butch Fredlow, Craig Adams, Todd Dixon and John Sharke. The celebrities were fantastic but couldn't make up the 9 point dif- ference. The highest scorer was Adam Mills, scoring 27 points. The celebrity players were: Gary Hutson, Tim Culbeetson, Earnest Hardin, Chris Knight, Adam Mills, Aron Young, David Wallace, coached by Dave Marrish. This year's game was fun for all, the stars and faculty put on an all- star night. N

'd pop your hood and check your pistons, answers Kelly Dora'n. This year's dating game consisted of fast comebacks and some revealing poses. Lisa Hensel was from Fountain Valley and Scott Miller from Edison High School. The bachelors were, seniors, Matt Jones, James Thompson and Steve Johnson. The bachelorettes were: seniors, Kelly Doran, Cheryl Bailey, and Lynn Donnelly. After questions such as, lf you were deserted on an island which two things would you want with you? , and Give us your sexiest pose , the audience went into hysterics. Matt and James gave their best posing and Lynn sang You are My Sunshine . As each set of Seahawks tried to impress the unknown sweetheart on the other side of the divider helshe kept in mind the humorous if not crude answers. Although the bachelors were a lot funnier than the bachelorettes the crowd enjoyed both games vigorously By the way victors of this event were the charming Steve Johnson and Kelly Doran who immensely enjoyed steak dinners payed for by the Executive Board. 76 Dating Game i N his-X ts.
