The girls then went on to beat top ranked Freehold Township to capture the Central Jersey Group III crown.

Bowling for CT This years bowling team displayed talent as weil as strength. The teams competed well on all levels. Seniors Leonard Gruezke, Steve Kiessling, and Mike Carl were the backbone of the boy's team. The future of the bowling team is yet undeter- minable; however, with some practice and more participation by others, a new era in Ocean Township Bowling will evolve. -Steve Kiessling. Juniors Vicki Combs, and Cathy Engel proved to be priceless to the girls team. The teams practiced very conscientiously on Tuesdays at Brunswick Lanes. This practice added to the teams' success.
