?i- . Time-there is never enough. With the Bicentennial of the American Constitution celebrated on Septem- ber 17, 1987, we are reminded that 200 years is not really a very long time. George Washington and Abra- ham Lincoln lived a long time ago, and generations have come and gone, but we, the American people, still feel very young. Our Constitution, a great work of compromise and freedoms, reminds us of those ideals toward which we still strive. Only the youth of America can see any real chance of obtaining these ideals. OSHS is more than a place to learn to make a living - it is where we learn to honor those freedoms and prepare for the future of our country. llWe, the Peo- ple are here and now, and we will prevail. 2 - Theme ,.
