The word round makes some students think of a circle. an orange. a baseball. or maybe even a basketball rim. Other stu- dents see the hole in Mrs. Bauman's at- tendance office window or a big fat zero on a test paper. Round can also be a char- acteristic of a complete year. A complete year contains memories that are good and bad. friends that are remembered and for- gotten. and a history of days that were loved. and were lived. 1980 was definitely a year in the round. The Shape Of Things To Come Classes are extremely damaging at times. Almost everyone is working busily taking notes. Notetaking and subject material must be interesting for Alan Mullen. Roy Girot. and Donna Modlin; on the other hand, there might be more here than meets the eye. Hanging around before school begins is a pleasant part of the day. Friends often exchange gossip or just enjoy watching the antics of fellow students. Mary Toche and Brenda Shuman probably agree that the time prior to 8:30 is one of the most interest- ing parts of the day. p f... , 2 ,, .3 .. . . -1... .1. .. . 3.! n t i r'. $3.53 'x.l:flt:fl fl 6' f Iii.
