And who could forget the hectic days when the GREYHOUND was published, Bob's proudly mailing a letter without a stamp but never forgetting to ask for money or pick a fight with some girl, Joan's reminiscences about Freshman science and the teacher, Maudie and Joyce's twin costumes and activities, our blonde bombshell-Anne Rene-and the effect she had on Charles, Hatcher's frequent departures for the armed forces? We won't forget Beth rushing around getting annual pictures ---Euta and Treva as big wheel in Mr. Taconi's office --Mosner coming to school with much greater regularity after he had graduated--Justin going away after many farewells and return- ing immediately--AND Alvin and Robert! ! ! ! ! ! We'll always remember the class boat rides and Bob's sea sickness and everybody's sunburn, the split-second schedule for the Junior-Senior Banquet, counting the votes of the popularity contest, the big prize money we gave at Stunt Night, the fun we had Senior Day, how we had to throw out our gum before the Carnival Ball, how we bought all the glue in town for the decora- tions, all the socks Alvin and Robert bought with class money, and how the class got smaller and smaller.
