 M JUNI0R SI3Q0R BANQUET The 1943-44 JUNIOR really set a record—they had their annuel Junior-«6'enior banquet in JANUARYI Last Saturday evening they entertained the SENIORS and other friends with a beautifully appointed ban- quet at Dale98 especially honoring the Juniors and Seniors who will enter tie armed forces before June, B Members of the JUNIOR CLASS and their sponsor, MRS. JONES'? welcomed guesits and led them to the rivate dining room, vhich was decorated in a patriot! motif. A ■'arge American flag held the place of honor over ♦•he spsakers9 table ana a huge snow-man wearing an Uncle Sain hat i ii the entrance, adding a touch of gaiety to the scene Crystal bowls oi red camellias and white nraroissus were placed at intervals down the long bancve’t tables and small flags, red, white and blue hats and favors marked each place. GLEN I3UCKINGrLJvI was toast master for things started off by having everyone the evening sing Hail, Cong's jALI Here , then introuuce, BuUCS [ail the SDVAuaDS? president of the Senior Class,' who was on special loave, having become a cadet at the Merchant 1-rine School in P«ss Christian on Tu $suay. Bruce, .n turn, introduces the members of the SENIOxv CLASS.
