Student Council The O.C.H.S. Student Council, under the direction of Mr. Alan Matthews and leadership of Lisa Bertini, acts as the channel between students and administration. This year it attempted to improve the lunch program and also sponsored services such as the Blood Mobile and Lackey Day.
