Youth Center CO-PRESIDENTS BETTY ANN DEBAUFRE HARRY SMITH CO-VICE PRESIDENTS RUTH MONTAGNA JACK BELLO SECRETARY GINNY SEIGFRIED TREASURER NANCY MONTAGNA The Ocean City Youth Center is a municipal building devoted, during the school year, to high school students. Part of its operating costs are donated by local clubs and organizations, the rest are accumulated through membership dues. Stu- dents in Ocean City take the Center for- granted, never stopping to think what they would do with- out it. The Center', has become the nucleus of social life. Under the guiding influence of Don Pileggi and George Loder, the Center is the biggest reason for the minimum of juvenile de- linquency in this community. We are all thankful and appreciative of their efforts. Whether you want to dance, play darts or ping- pong, watch television, or just relax, the 6'Center,' is the place to go. Youth needs such a place to be out -of the critical eye of adults, in an air of responsibility and pride because they feel the '4Center', belongs to them. We are very fortunate in that our town realizes the need for and con- dones such a venture. The yearbook staff offers a word of gratitude to the people responsible for the Center, its beginning, and its growth. Youth Center Board Members: FIRST ROW: G. Siegfried, J. Bello, R. Montagna, B.
