Edgar Fails. and George Thorne rendered a few numbers 'backwardsf' Speaking of fun, the junior class sponsored Ll Harvest Moon Dance in October that was unusually romantic. The sputtering candles and Brad XX ar- ner's band Created an unforgettable atmosphere. That dance was only one of the many l'l1.1f kept all the photography fiends happy. XX'e had a sur4 prising number of photography fiends. too. T DMINISTRATIVE SUPERINTENDENT C. E. WIGTON lively pigmies, the kindergarten children. The rather odd-looking cat was their pet. The girl whose words I had heard was Ruth Sandrock, one of the ten kindergarten assistants who assisted Mrs. Natalie Fiess, the kindergarten teacher, during various periods of the day. The football season was one of the best ever with everyone full of the good old cheering spirit, I remember those crisp, fall days when the sky was deep blue and the leaves crunched under foot. The stimulating weather together with the peppy marches which the band played always stirred excitement in me. The windows were all kept open in the fall, and the band could be heard in al- most every room. The sixth period English class in 206 must have been filled with musicians. Some- one invariably commented critically on the pieces which were being played. Those fall days really added to my list of memo- ries. l'll never forget the senior hayride.
