One of its members was an important figure in the pre-Munich Czechoslovakian govern- ment and holder of the Chair of Philosophy at the University of Prague, one is present head of the American Chemical Society, several now hold important positions with our Federal Government, a relatively high proportion of them are mentioned in Who's Who. Besides ably filling their responsibili- ties to their students many of them have found time to achieve distinction in their respective fields. Recently published books, completed manuscripts and mere outlines exemplify faculty energy. lust as important as their varied achieve- ments is their inherent amiability.
