Dedication HEN a man, escaping the proverbial fate of the prophf ets, attains in his field a national recognition, and at the same time is loved and honored by those about him, he is worthy of sincerest admiration, Such a man has now for many years lived in our midst. In spite of the constant def mands upon his time, he has never been too busy to give kindly and courteous assistance to all who come to him, in spite of his many interests, Oberlin has always claimed his best efforts and attention.
