Students With Active Parents The parents of the students have a very exciting day at school, as they learn that it is much harder than what they remember. The students are home doing their parents’ work, while the parents are at school learning the mathematical equations and biological terms that the students try so hard to remember. At the end of their day at school, diplomas are given to all the parents stating their grades, proving that they passed. Congratulations, parents, on a very successful day at O.T.H.S.

Dramatics Club Presents Fall Play-Up the Down Staircase UP THE DOWN STAIRCASE, a two-act comedy by Bel Kaufman, focuses on the daily routine of an inner city New York high school. The major action centers on the experiences of a naive first-year teacher, Sylvia Barrett, as she attempts to cope with the fast-paced, and often unnerving, world of the high school. The manner in which she relates to the students, faculty, and administration creates a backdrop on which one is able to evaluate Sylvia’s personal growth.
