The volers of lhe lownship lhen approved of a 530.000 bond issue lo cover lhe remainder of lhe cosl of lhe building. The archilecls are Leise and Ludwick, who also designed lhe original school building. The general conlraclor is lhe J. W. Monlgomery Con- slruclion Company. Oulside dimensions of lhe gym are eighly-nine feel, six inches by one hundred fourleen feel. The playing floor is eighly feel by forly-five feel, while lhe enfire floor space is eighly-seven feel by filly-one feel. Bleachers on lhe norlh side of lhe gymnasium have a sealing capacily of seven hundred fifly, and are opposile lhe slage. The slage is lwenly-lwo feel deep and forly-five feel wide, and has an opening of lwenly-six feel by fifleen feel. Two dress-- ing rooms, one on eilher side of lhe slage, provide ample room for slorage. and lhe room lo lhe easl, which measures lwenly-lwo feel by nineleen feel, may be used as a classroom, if necessary. Under lhe slage on lhe easl, are varsily squad rooms, shower rooms and boys' physical educalion rooms. On lhe wesl side are girls' shower and locker rooms for physical educalion.
