Al- though the first few games seemed to be shakey, they pulled together and made things happen. We had a true family atmosphere that really helped in the troubled times. Everyone was so close, remarked junior Amy Mueller. Practices were long and hard, but they evidently paid off. Mr. Robben always had us mnning and working on our skills, but we didn't mind. I'le's a coach who cares for us and wants the best from us, commented senior Tracy Schmitt. Throughout the season, the Var- sity Soccer team showed the de- sire to overcome whatever chal- lenge they were faced with. The results weren't always what they wanted, but it was the teamwork that counted. 'iEvery game we grew closer and closer. I really hated to see the season end, declared senior Julie Stratmann.
