H Publlshed By The Sensor Class Of OAKS MISSION HIGH SCHOOL 'F Superintendent C. A. Vsmmen Mrs. Ramona Winfield Secretary to Superintendent GREATINGS2 551- In all successful a preaches to life there must of necessity be a conscirusness cf some guiding principles to spur man on to greater accomplishment. There are four principles of education of which we all need to be aware. These are lf The awareness to a need, 21 The desire to do something about a conscious need, sf Finding the means wherewith to accomplish, and 41 To take action. we have labored with these four principles in mnuL We desire to reawaken the sense of the need of education, not only with the parent sending his child to school for the first time, but to the extent that as a people or nation we might be able to find our way in all our needs in our multitudes of con- tacts with cur fellow man, and even so with God. de need a constant re-emphasis of our spiritual inheritance to remain a free nation under Gods protection. Godly contacts make rich. Our contacts are constantly increasing and for that reason our educational programs must of necessity also be in- creased. We therefor propose to join hands with all of you as parents, faculty, board of education and student body in an attempt to Keep our minds open to every possible advancement on a local and national basis, so that the generation growing up around us may have the greatest possible opportunity for smnnce in the realms of the material, mental and spiritual faith and action. Let us inspire each other to a life of service and we shall not need to be apprehensive of the rewards. We are happy for the class that we send forth from Unis in- stitution to-day. Each one has shown signs of growth and increased efficiency. Our best wishes for a rich life and God's eternal reward go with you. Congratulations! Most sincerely yours, pf' C. A. VAMMEN, SUPT.
