' ' ' 1 Q O 4-'S' Pr1nc1pal Lloyd A Usburn was born and spent his Lowerys Prairie He attended Elementary years later he enrolled 1n the Oaks High years and a summer at Bagley High School proudly received his High School diploma early boyhood on school there Two School After three in Tahlequah, he at Oaks High School After graduation he enrolled in Northeastern State College After two years of college work he returned to Oaks as a teacher As war rolled around he enlisted in the Army Air Corps After serving four years in the service of his country, he was released as a Lieutenant He received his Master's Degree from Oklahoma A Q M College and was Principal of Talala High School for two years.
