This fortnightly paper has been greatly improved during the passing years, and some believe that it will be even better next year. The Hi-Breeze had an unusually large staff this year, fifteen members. The paper was distributed to the students and various merchants of the town. To hold the editorship of the Hi-Breeze the editor had to keep a l average in journalism. Otherwise,a new editor was appointed by the advisor. The advisor for the paper this year was Miss Frederica Renner, who also served in that capacity last year.
