Carrying out our Chinese H - - 11 . , , theme. We Spent a Night in Cathay. Various low seniors dressed 111 coolie coats and hats served us our dinner. In November, shortly after the senior banquet, Mr. Lucas, our coun- selor, became the proud father of a baby boy. His nickname promptly changed from Shorty to Pop, The next event on our busy schedule was the senior farewell, An Oriental Garden Party, Where We became further acquainted with parents, teachers, and students, alike. This was the last affair where We were all together. To complete the Chinese theme, our final event, the senior ball, Iade, was held Ianuary 9, 1953. Many seniors Worked long and hard on the preparations and the final decorations. Seniors and their dates enjoyed themselves greatly.
