Memories of Tech! How soon, now, will we be able fo look beck, rom our places in the world, end say fhose words. Three full and happy eers in fhis, our Alma Mafer, have given us a wealfh of knowledge, a new undersfanding, firm friends, and memories. Above all will we freasure hose memoriasl There will be momenls of sadness as well as of happiness: here will be momenfs of play and momenfs of work, all inferwoven in me gleaming paflern. There will be such fhings as fhe carnivals, wifh fheir brighf music and lay leughfer, which meanf so much more than iusf carefree enioymenl o us. Their color, noise and fun represenfed unselfish cooperafion of bofh fudenfs and faculfy. We will remember our Senior Prom, where soff lighfs and low music nade a whispering climax and farewell fo all fhe good fimes we have uver had fogefher. We can never forgef fhe big games, where we yelled for our feam lnfil we pracfically losf our voices. How our hearfs beaf wifh school ORIES spirif and pride when our boys.emerged from fha baffle fhe vicfors. Winners noi only in score, bulyin sporfsmanship and loyally. Then fhere are the green lawns: lhe wide fronl' doors, and fhe long halls. Wifh our friends we walked down fhe halls arm in arm: we sal' and challed on fhe grass, glorying in fhe warm sun, groaning a lillle when a bell recalled us 'lo our classes. Groaning a liflle, yes, buf nof much, because we really liked 'lhose classes. ln fhem we found a unify, a cheerfulness, and helpfulness fhaf will live in our fhoughfs forever. We learned wifh eagerness, mosl' of us, and wifh fhe zesf fhaf is fhe fuel in fhe machinery of our living. With overwhelming force fhe memories of our picnics, our Senior Banquef, our skafing parlies, our feachers and advisers, will refurn fo us in lhe years 'lo come. How imporfanl' fha friends we have made, and whom we now fake so much for granfed, will seem fo us fhen. l This class of Spring, I937, is lucky fo have fhe honor of graduafing from Technical High School. As we sfrefch our hands 'lo receive our diplomas, ahd furn, fo fake one lasl look af our school, fears blur our eyes. How preciously we musf guard our memories. May fhey never grow dim!
