We gave a school dance to welcome the frosh The decoratxons were very fes t1ve study hall be1ng decked out w1th dozens of pastel balloons and crepe paper addxng even more color In return the freshrnen sponsored a skatmg party The sophomore class sponsored the May Day celebrat1on The students elected a prmce and pr1ncess from each class jun Moss was elected sophomore prmce and Patsy Baxter was elected sophomore pr1ncess Flrst on the schedule was the coro nat1on of the kmg and queen followed by the May Pole Dance After the softball and baseball games with Gl1de we gave the v1s1t1ng school a p1cn1c supper. In the evenmg students attended a semi-formal dance. We are now contemplatmg a Saturday tr1p together to a dest1nat1on unknown at present. Tenmile 1S the favored poss1b1l1ty. Faye represented the class as princess for the carnlval. Donna Lee was chosen student body carn1val pr1ncess and was crowned queen.
