I HEAR THE SOUND OF INSTRUMENTS “It is quite a change from living in a big city to a small community.” Miss Walters, the new band director, received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison. “The high school has quite a few good, energetic, motivated kids with a lot of potential.
