We are well represented in athletics, 0. A. K , band, and forensics. During the year we spent our time sponsoring a oard party and planning and decorating for our Junior Prom. We Treat You Q The YearO Oakfield, Wisconsin Junior Prom Amid nautical decorations, the annual Oakfield Junior Prom was held May 7 1954 at the high school gymnasium. Music was furnished by Jimmy Hartwig and as he played the theme song Moonlight Bay, King R ger Bloohm and his Queen, Corinne Gelhar along with the court prominaded around the floor. Roger was chosen by the Junior Class. He has been outstanding in athletics, playing on the basketball, football, and baseball teams. Queen Corinne has been popular since she entered O.H.S. She has been a class officer all three years,the last two years she was president of her class. She also has been a cheerleader for three years. Beverly Schrank, Marlene Beirnes, Delores Stenz, and Geraldine Sperger, and their escorts, Jim Ryan, Donald Collien, Rudolph Shady and Robert Bennett made up the court of honor. A skit was given by the Junior Class. following afternoon at 2:30 by a float from each class in The Homecoming parade was held the p.m. The band led the parade, followed high school and the grades. After the game the dance was held.
