CLASS WILL We, the class of l94O,of Oakfield High School, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish, and declare this our last will and testament. ' We hereby give and beqxxeathr to the faculty , all the amazing knowledge and startling information that we have furnished them with from time to time on our various examination papers. We know that much which we have imparted to them, as well as to all the teachers and students everywhere, would throw much new light on many a hitherto familiar line of thought through' the whole world of science and learning, even outside of Oakfield High School. We leave to the dear class of '41, our back seats and clever- ness at playing nHookyn, To the class of '42, we will our recognition and superiority. To the class of '43, any overlooked balls of gum we may have left adhering to the underside of desks, assembly seats, or any unlikely places. we have sometimes had to rid ourselves of these in too much haste to be-able to pick and choose the most desir - able means of disposal. To Mr. Vandehey, we leave the balance in our class treasury, to be used in buying a pair of rubber shoes for de tective work. we feel he will need these in dealing with our successors. To Miss Nelson our ability to make hasty decisions. Kin re - rard to .Tim and Joe., Tb Mr. Heimerl, we leave memories of Ntoughn situations he had to see us through. To Mr, Kaiser and the band, we will people to fill our vac- ancies left by our geniuses, To Gordon Ryan, we leave t he examples of all the members of this class. We have proven ourselves able to keep quiet on all occasions, To Nick Shaub, Lester Cook wills his powerful WMissouri Right? Donald Ogle and Arden Roesko leave their excess weight and height to LeRoy Busch and Elton Kaul respectively. Anna Lee leaves Irene Ventland any other boyfriends, except the one in the navy. Raymond Burleton wishes to leave Alvin Briggs his bench warm- ing qualities in basket ball. Jake leaves his courage with the girls to Arthur Schaefer. Warren Erdmann bequeaths his ability to get up early to Holland Steinke. Geraldine leaves her height deficiency to LaVerne Hanna. Donald Hill will be given the opportunity to choose between Geerge's farming ability and Harvcy's aeronautic statistics.
