We are very fortunate to have a large and beautiful library in our school in which to browse, study, or casually read a book of per- sonal choosing. Within our school community, interested senior high students volunteer to aid the librarian in promoting among the student body the daily effective use ot the library. Their assistance is required in the mechanical processing of the books and in the exercise of clerical duties at the imposing library desk. Often these students are asked by other stu- dents tor help in locating library material. Through their activities in the library, these students develop those qualities so es- sential tor smooth public relations. lt is hoped that through participation in a group of this type, the members will be able to become valuable citizens in the larger community in which they will eventually live They Learned And Cast Knowledge 1
