The team won the District 32 crown by decisively defeating its five district foes. Eleven of the twelve wrestlers placed, with five boys winning first place laurels. These are Lou Ware, 98-pound class, John Le- Compte, H5-pound class, Bill Burch, 136-pound class, Greg Lister, 141-pound class, Joe Oleinik, 178-pound class. The team record was really an enviable one, only one defeat at the hands of Pennsville. Lou Ware and Greg Lister both finished the season without being defeated.
