I-lonor Code To uphold my personal honor and the honor of Oak Ridge Military Academy, I will not cheat, steal, lie, indulge in illegal behavior, or condone such behavior in others, I will respect others' rights and properties. I will fulfill my responsibilities and accept the results of my decisions, I will be positive and enthusiastic in academics, military, and extra-curricular activities. Oak Ridge Military Academy was the first preparatory school in the state to be ac- credited by the new Southern Association of Colleges and Schools in 1899. Remaining fully accredited by that agency ever since, the institution has also been accredited by the State of North Carolina since the state began accrediting programs. The Academy is a member of the Association of Military Colleges and Schools, the National Associa- tion of Independent Schools, the Southern Association of Independent Schools, the North Carolina Association of Independent Schools and the Council for Religion in Inde- pendent Schools. The Academy is unaffiliated with any religious body or other organizations. Oak Ridge Military Academy admits students S William M.
