Students from all over East Tennessee participated in the contests which included speeches, spelling, essays, and typing. As the spring months rolled around, career conferences got under way, The Susan and- Mary take orders for annual portraits. Students rise as Gene and Sammy carry the flags down the aisle. YT' T Lockers, stuffed with every imaginable thing, come in handy between classes. It's 3 o'cIock and students are homeward bound. 17
