Their main social event of the year was their annual Karnival Kapers. This dance was highlighted hv its carnival-tvpe hooths and a floor show. Thev also pre- sented The .Sophomore .Special on Decemher 16. lOtiO. which concluded the sophomore sponsored spirit dav. This year has certainly heen a successful one for the sophomores. They haxe achieved most of their goals and haxe succeeded in making a name for them.sel es. riic class of I9G4 hcgan its high school education hy shoeing the proper school spirit. The class participated in many different .school activities and made its presence felt at all tlic school games. The freshmen have actively participatctl in the Re oir, the Eagle and in the I ' ep Chih. Jheir athletic teams haxe had a fairlv successfid season and show great promise for the coming years. I hrough the leadership of their class officers, the ficshmen sponsored a very enjoyable dance in March, which showed some of the spirit they have. -Ml in all, ihe freshmen have enjoxed an actixe xear and thev shoxv great promi.se for the future. High school plays a tremendous part in our live.s. W ' e xvill remember the courses, the finals, the games, and the dances. .Above all. we will rememl)er llie people who helped create these memories. The teachers expertly instruct and guide ns through these four years. The counselors are there to adxise ns with any problems as xvell as decisions about future education. The visiting teacher, the nurse, and ihe peo- ple in the office also make up the fainltx. and help to rini the school smoothlv. These are the people we xvant to ,nul will remember. These are the teachers who did more than just leadi. This year ' s jiuiior class has undertaken manx func- tions in pre])aralion for their senior xear in high sdiool. Freshmen start out on Right Foot The class of 19(34 began its high school education by showing the proper school spiiit.
