On June 1st, 1986, the Board of Education officially dedicated the media center in honor of H. F. Wiltshire, the recently retired superintendent. The media center was designated as the Harold F. Wiltshire Media Center. The Board invited past and pre- H. F. - WIL TSHIRE sent students, parents, residents and friends of OLCHS to attend the dedication ceremonies. The Board decided to dedicate the media center in recognition of Mr. Wiltshire’s service to OLCHS as a teacher, coach, administrator and superintendent MED IA CEN TER from 1953 to 1986. During this time the school grew from 520 students to a peak enrollment of 3304 and 3 extensive additions to the building were completed.
