The same 'educational material' is repeatedly drilled into our brains. Nothing new has been introduced since I was in the junior high. This school needs many changes-anything that 7 restricts the individual's see rights I The students that are just here to mess around should be removed. I hope to gain from education the knowledge of how to do something I enjoy. Oak Hills has not helped me do this so far. should be abolished. . .. you are still told what to do. You can't even go to the bathroom without a teacher coming in and asking you what the heck you are doing. Oak Hills offers so many courses it opens many doors .. . I don't care about what a poet wrote two hundred years ago, but learning why our country is in the racial state it is in is very interesting and helpful. More emphasis on what's happening now is something I'd like to see.

. . . you learn to associate with absolute geniuses as well as dimwits, just like you'll have to do in the big wide world. Oak Hills prepares a person for college but the school is too out Of many things. The problems of the world are brought into the school idealisticaily - the problems of integration, racialism, etc, are set up as problems of ours yet we never really see these things. The school is great even though I sayl hate it. i think Oak Hills prepares a college-bound student quite well for his future after graduation but the inon-college' students are a bit siighted. ... lthink O.H. administrators spend more time worrying about how the kids look and act than they do thinking about educating them. The purpose of a high school? To learn in four tor fivei years what it took scores of Aristotles and Socrates over a thousand years to learn through discovery. Oak Hills should break out ofthe little world which surrounds it and be more realistic. There are many things i'd like to see changed but writing them down here won't changethem. vgamw mmwt- i 1 i 4 Oak Hills is a good school as it is and I really can't think of any significant changes to better it. I feel that now I'm quite ready for college and future employment. This school is too one-sided. They care only for the ones who are college-bound, not the ones who won't ever see the inside of a college . ..
