Hours of Work Go to Make a Prom. Planning and making decorations for the Ju- nior-Senior Prom is the biggest job in Which the Junior Class is involved. This yeafs Class put in many hours and many days of work on table dec- orations such as Buddhas, elephants, Hoteis as well as a fountain, a ten foot statue of Buddha and shops for a Bazaar which lined the walls. India . . . a land of contrast. Modern cities re- place the villages and new customs replace the ancient ones. But it is the 01d India which casts a spell i the India of princes, eerie music, tropical forests, and light waving silk, This is the India visited on Prom night. Buddhas, statues, flowers, and jCWeled elephants brought this mystic India closer for at least one night.
