SOENICHSEN, ADVISOR- TS4CWER6 ARE7WE SUfDfNS- INFLUENCE We, the staff of the 1973 Harbor Lites, gratefully dedicate this annual to our advisor, Mrs, Kathleen Soenichsen. Mrs. Soenichsen was never too busy to help anyone, and her patience never expired. Her open-minded attitude toward the yearbook stimulated creativity and a determined staff. A Other than her valuable duties as yearbook advisor, Mrs. Soenichsen teaches Personal Typing, Typing II, and Shorthand II. We hope she may continue for many, many years to lend her leadership, guidance, and understanding to the 5 students of this school. MIKE KONIECZNY All-County Team This being the first year for the school baseball team, the play- ers had some problems getting it all together. A lack of experi- ence and playing together were two of the problems they had to workout. However, determina- tion and vigor led to some suc- cess, and next year we'll be looking forward to a fine season - especially since the whole team will be returning. CpSTE RAND CONTEST The Oak Harbor band had a very successful year. Traveling to Clyde and receiving a I at District, they then went to Upper Sandusky High School and came home with a I in th- B-l com- petition , in which they com- peted with larger schools. Con- gratulations for a job well done.
