Its objectives are to eStalDllSl l in the school a democratic form of stu- dent government in which students can partici-V pate. The Congress gives the students the oppor- tunity to enhance their education, citizenship, ,and fellowship. Membership is open to all students who are in good standing. The offices of President and Vice-President are open to ninth graders only, and the offices of Secretary and Treasurer are to all students.
