A. involved itself in Worthwhile activities. One such Venture was a fund raising pro- ject for Pat Bickle, a young Kansas City athlete seriously injuried in a football game. N. H. S. members spent most of the year raising money to provide a scholarship for a de- serving incoming freshman. The speech team prided itself in excellence, capturing two sweepstakes trophies and a couple dozen individual trof phies. ln keeping with O'l-Iara tradition, the Actors Factory presented outstanding perfor- mances of Storybook Tales , and The Apple Tree as the fall and spring shows. B ld and New at O.H.S. Stepping out once again under the direction of Sister Rosalie, the 1974 O'Hara Drill team pro- vided entertainment for Various games throughout the school year. Our new Mat Maids showed much spirit during this years wrestling season, supporting our team with great enthusiasm. Un- der the direction of Miss Swift, our newly reorganized Spirit Club backed our teams all the way. Now in its second year, the R. C. Y. C. is rapidly growing more popular among the students at O' Hara. Interests Vary and pros- per as old and new clubs are of- fered to all. v
