R UH CH Wlfriaiuncn The Winning Float: A Celtic crunching the Bulldogs, made by the Freshmen. at-as To the sophomores, the Sweet Smell of Success is cooking the Bulldogs. ,f??3.-1Qfw'EJ.3a!1' Sugar And Spice - Homecoming '7 On Monday, October 15, the Homecoming festivites began With the Spirit Club having an idea for each day of the Week, on how to handle the Bulldogs. Thursday even- ing a liturgy was held for the football team. The Senior Girls played the Junior girls in a powder puff game on Friday afternoon, in which the juniors Won 6-O. Later that evening, the Spirit Club sponsored a pep rally. Satur- day, October 20, the O'Hara Celtics played their Home- coming game against the Grandview Bulldogs. Unfor- tunately, the Celtics lost by the score of 9-6. During halftime, the floats paraded around the field, drill team performed to Sugar, Sugar , and the Winning float and queen were announced. That evening, the band, Morning Star, played at the Home- coming Dance.
