A large number of girls came to the Glee Club this year. They met during the half-hour activities period once a week. Hanscom. At Founders Night they sang The Lord's Prayer by Forsyth-Dews, 'tLittle Boy Blue by Hugh Roberton, and g'April Showers by Louis Silvers. The first two songs had been sung the year before. After Founders, they practiced Sylvia by Oley Speaks. The Lost Chord by Ellen Lorenz, and the Slumber Boat by Jessis Gaynor. The Glee Club has rehearsed pieces for graduation and this year for the flrst time sung at the Baccalaureate exercises. Next year the Glee Club will not have, as members, Nancy Ferguson, Phyllis Madden, Louise Rouleau and Olida Soucy. However, we feel sure that the future classmen will participate in this club and continue to make it a great success. 1281
