THE PURPLE AND GOLD I, Norma VVilley, do will my tongue to Irene Soucy. VV ith the one you already have you'll be quite a talker. 1, Maurice Fletcher, will myself to Irene Soucy. I will be here in spirit if not in body. I, Constance Perkins, do will my eyebrow pencil and lipstick to Janet Williams. May they work on George as well as they have on Phil. I, Olida Soucy, do will to Marie Casey the few remaining drops of my ink which her sister Emily did not borrow. I, Louise Rouleau, do will and bequeath 1ny ability to make faces and get into trouble to my sister Margie, to keep the family name on the detention list. I, Florence Adjutant, do will and bequeath my frequent absences on days tests are assigned to Florence Bigelow. These absent days can be spent in preparing for the tests. I, Patricia Witham, do will and bequeath my ladylike nature and good behavior to Pearl Thurlow, which undoubtedly the teachers would appreciate very much. I, Jennie Ramsey, do will and bequeath my smile and dimples to Anne Sus- mann. You could apply both to good advantage, Anne. ' I, Pauline Bellemeur, do will and bequeath my permanent position by the radia- tor in the dressing room to Mary Labrie. It is much more inconspicuous than before the mirror. I, Emily Casey, do will and bequeath my high marks and intelligence to next year's .Iunior class so that the length of the honor roll will increase. Don't push. there's enough to go around. . I, Jane Plummer, do will and bequeath my curly hair to Pearl Thurlow that she might not have to worry about straight hair when it rains. I, Alphonse Soucy, do will and bequeath to Arline Willey my ability to be good-natured at all times. This will help in basketball, Arline. I, Charles Hosser, do will and bequeath my mustache to Roger Pike, who should gain more attention with this added attraction. I, Norma Willey, do will and bequeath my ability to complain to Betty Sus- mann so that these complaints will not be missed by the teachers. I, Nancy Ferguson, do will my impish grin to joseph Yachon. XVith your eyes, this will make a combination that is hard to beat, joe. I, IIarold Yankliet, do will and bequeath my position in the Reading Class to VVilliam VVilson. Perhaps, Billy, you will be an honor member, too. I, Irene W'hitehouse, do will and bequeath to Margie Rouleau my ability to play basketball. May you have as good luck as I did. I, Philip Brown, do will and bequeath my faithfulness to one girl to Freddie Comfort. It doesn't pay to be a Romeo. I, John Wilson, do will and bequeath my habit of arguing over nothing in Sociology to my brother Billy. The family tradition must be carried on. I, Nancy Ferguson, do will and bequeath my ability to draw, to Roland Pike which he should use to good advantage. We three, Louise Rouleau, Connie Perkins and Irene Whitehouse, do will and bequeath our piano legs and short skirts to Gloria Chadbourne that she might have a good underpinning to stand the bumps and knocks of high school as well as we have. VVe, the Senior Class, do will the desks in Miss Goodwin's room, the hard seats in the laboratory, the mutilated textbooks, the sophisticated airs, and the slightly used wads of chewing gum, to the incoming Senior Class.
