Seated: L, Karns, NATIONAL SOCIETY This year the Nation- a1Honor Societyhopes to take a more active part in the improvement of our school., Their first step in this direction was the establishment of the National Honor Society Scholastic Improvement Award, which is present- ed to the boys who take part in sports. Its purpose is to encourage them to get.better marks. The Society is also revising the constitution in an attempt to better uphold the standards of scholarship, leadership, character, and service. This year's officers are: Edmund Gormel-Presb dent, Carol Gibson-Vice' President, Donna Smith- Secretary, and Dale Lud- wig-Treasurer.
