FOREWO RD Nunda Central School June 1955 Dear Readers, It has beena pleasure for me to be the editor of the 10th Anniversary edition of O-NONDA-O. The yearbook staff sincerely hopes that you will appreciate our efforts in producing a new and different yearbook. Our main goal has been to providea picture book, omitting the usual Written explanations which have been included in the past. Really it is the pictures which one enjoys most. The staff also desired to bring the curriculum into the book by providing informal pictures of the vari- ous classes. You will notice the entirely different arrangement of pictures. We have placed them in their natural order by beginning with the kinder- garten and placing the seniors at the end. Our theme, Enter to Leamg Go Forth to Serve, symbolizes a thought which is repeated throughout the entire book. Enter to Leam in- cludes the grade pictures, activities, and sports: while Go Forth to Serve includes the seniors and faculty. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the art, literary, and advertising staffs and the advisors, Mr. Couture, Mrs. Hall, Mr. Pentick, and Mr. Schumaker, as well as Mr. Rathbun, photographerg and Mr. Burt, printer, for their excellent cooperation in helping to make this 10th Anniversary edition of 1955 O-NONDA-O a yearbook of which We are very proud.
