MOORE KATIE LYNCH, Business Manager SUPERINTENDENT and A small step for man, a giant leap for man- kind, the Words of astronaut Neil Armstrong beamed to Earth in this year of the moon Walk, graphically illustrate what dedication to a pur- pose can achieve in today's World. This great and historic event makes us aware of the potential of man to solve problems when resources are focused on a real goal. This book, the 1970 IRONMAN, reflects the goals and their degree of realization for or- ganizations, teams, groups and individuals dur- ing this school year. To those who have been successful in achiev- ing 'their goals, I extend my congratulations. Those who have fallen short, I admonish to identify new aspirations and goals which will challenge their personal qualities, talents, and abilities.
