Q Pt H rf Our Superintendent To best describe our Superintendent, Mr. Harpham, we must first list the organizations to which he belongs. Mr. Harpham received his B.S. Degree at Northeast Missouri State Teachers College in Kirksville and his Masters Degree at the University of Missouri. He also comes from a family of teachers. His wife, four daughters, and three sons-in-law are members of the teaching profession. There are four masters de- grees among them. Our superintendent can not walk into a town in Mis- souri without meeting a friend or two. As a public re- ., x f lations man he is unique. Elmer D. Harpham, we welcome you to Novinger.
