Prom, which turned out to be the highlight of the Junior year. They treated the Seniors to an ex- travagant evening with a taste of elegance and lots of fun. One of the main mystiques of the Junior class was the wave of foreign exchange students. These students arrived from various countries such as Columbia, Ger- many, and Denmark. Amparo Arango a Columbian student, returned home before Christmas Break. “Sion is a new and different experience which has taught me a lot,” commented Anne Hubsch, the student from Denmark. Iris Reim from Germany stated, “Even though an all girls’ school is not exactly what I expect- ed in terms of fun times, Sion is a most interesting melting pot of different nationalities. It is a great ex- perience for me. In spite of their diversity, the chief clue to the class of ’83 was . . . UNITY. D uniors 83
