Varsity Basketball Once again the Titans produced one of the best basketball teams not only in league but also C.l.F. With a 20 and 8 season record, Notre Dame showed that they could battle with the big guys. They had a tough pre-season schedule, playing mostly 3 and 4- , A schools, which put their winning t ability to the test. As always they s came out victorious. The Titans began their league play with a win against Banning. The winning spirit stayed with the team the rest of the season. They finished second in the Sunkist League and were C.l.F. bound. Under the guidance of Coaches Wuetcher, Breyer, and Jacobsmeyer, the Titans advanc- ed to the third round of C.l.F. play-offs, where they were finally defeated by Blair. After a terrific season we wish the departing seniors luck in their future careers and the returning players the best of luck in the seasons to come. Jeff Wright lays it up.
