75 mascots insanity! that's the way it started out, and that's the Way they clowned their way through the year. summer camp brought them a lot of experience, aching muscles, a superior trophy and a mountain of ribbons. through the year they worked on cheers, routines, and general crazy behavior, but it always seemed their most entertaining blunders were the Lmplanned ones. it was new to both of them, it's one of those fantastic experiences that complete a senior year. 1975 mascots kathy brown and maureen boyd. ,Jog , i -

Y- f -7 - drill team this year's drill team, despite its small size, has shown itself as 'a squad full of spirit and enormous pride. they have reflected the over-all attitude of the notre dame pep squads. it has been a rather long year, with summer practices beginning in june. these practices were tedious early sessions of basic moves. the summer season was highlighted by a summer camp, which four of the girls attended. they came home with knowing that they were the fourth-hardest Working team in attendance, chosen from over one hundred teams. even with this small success, there was no rest. practice continued, and the opening night drew nearer. the drill team had to be ready to entertain at the first football game. drill team has shown overwhelming school spirit, and has managed to find fun and enjoyment along with the work. it has been a new experience for most, and the girls will not soon forget this successful year. 1975 drill team members: debbie gudde, joanne hornsby, allison dale, jan zuppardo, karen vincenzi, rose huerta, marsha akers, vickie prichard, karyl store, patty burton, joyce spidel, patty simon, athena bryson.
