n.d. gets teed off the 1975 notre dame golf team tee 'd off the season with two wins and two losses. coach masi's team consisted of a young and in- experienced squad which, paced by freshman don durney, was made up of six underclassmen and three upperclassmen. another fresh- man showing great promise was rick weinfurtner. sophomores greg furness, tom finan, paul turnbull, and brian condon, added steadiness to the team, while juniors doug vavra, jeff singletary, and tom burger supplied some experience. with coach masi's guidance this looks to be a great team at present and very success- ful in the future.
