Youth eeds and Seek Guidance ONG before September, Father Kinmartin begins his duties as guidance counselor for Notre Dame. The planning ofcourses and arrang- ing of schedules are his full time jobs during a good part of the sum- mer. Father is interested in all of the students, in their studies, in sports and in studentorganizations. He has classes in Latin I and II and religion. If the youth of today is the hope of tomorrow, no one has more faith in tomorrow than Father Kinmarting no one is more sincerely interested than he in making Notre Dame the training center for potential Catho- lic citizens. KINMARTIN F it's alate slip you need or some advice on your latest problem-- even if it's a boyfriend, Sister Ed- ward Marie is always interested and so very gracious in helping to find the answer. Sister is Vice-Principal and Dean of the Girls and as such is a constant advocate for our interests. Sister has seen the present senior girls through high school and all agree that she has made many a day brighter and smoother by her con- stant interest and persuasive man- ner. Sister teaches freshman and sophomore English with the same gracious charm as she welcomes us back to school after summer vaca- tion.
