BELOW RIGHT: The Reverend Nazarene Prina, a Consolata Father, spends many long hours in the labo- ratory preparing for his biology, chemistry and physics classes. CLOCKWISE: Parlez-vous franqais? If not, the Rever- end Ephrem Davanzo will gladly welcome you to either his French I or French II classes. Mr. Arthur Hillis, Notre Dame ' s coach, also instructs general science classes. Mrs. Sidney Sherwin holds her classes in plane geometry, solid geometry and trigono- metry. Sister Sarah Marie spends her N.D. day teaching world history and Americanhistory. Sister M. Edward Ann, N.D. ' s music instruc- tor, spends many hours with the Glee Club, Girls ' Chorus and Choir. Sister M. Frances Anthony is teaching future homemakers in the home economics classes and also conducts the health classes. BELOW LEFT: A teaching day for the Reverend Lee J. Mays is filled with elementary and intermediate Algebra and Latin III classes. Father is also N.D. ' s Athletic Director. COUNTER CLOCKWISE: The Reverend Richard Rutecki, who teaches religion, biology, general science and general math, was a newcomer to Notre Dame ' s faculty this year. With days of religion instructions, Latin classes and study halls, the Reverend Edward Scanlan has spent his first year at Notre Dame. Miss Marian Maney, Notre Dame ' s own li- brarian who has beenvery helpful to all those who requested it and kept the library equipped with the very latest books, is also the home- room teacher of 108. Mrs. Barbara Mason is the girls ' physical education teacher. Sister Mary Campion, the junior and senior English teacher, is also advisor for the NO- DAHI and the MATER DEI. Instructor of economic citizenship and Amer- ican history II classes and advisor to the Stu- dent Council--yes, that ' s Sister Mary Lucy.
