At long last something to which preceding classes looked forward eagerly has materialized. as four sheets of engraved copy are lifted from the press. The Turret is yet so young that it is still damp with printer's inlc, but for such an infant it has certainly raised a Hurry of interest-a stir which is music to the ears of the staff. Varied and numerous is its personnel, considering all the editors, assistants, reporters, contributors, and typists-a different set of editors, in fact, for each issue of the paper. PIAI 4 Although we realize that The Turret will undoubtedly increase in both size and popularity, still the thrills that accompanied the production of our prized first issue can never be equaled. gf it The Turret was enrolled in the National Scholastic PresswAssociation for critical review early in the year.
