How quickly those days have passed, and with them, our joys and sorrows. We Wish our HYEARBOOKH to be an expression of deep and sincere gratitude-gratitude to our dear parents, and to our teachers for patience, untiring and admirable. Now, as we complete one phase of life and stand on the threshold of another, we look back to recap- ture the happy moments which are kept sacred in our yearbook of 61 , to which we have entrusted more than mere words or pictures, but the living memories of our school days. All will summon the carefree and jovial faces of their schoolmates who, by their friendly counte- nance and valued co-operation, helped also make this the happiest journey of our life. To the Seniors, these pages are priceless because they contain symbols of their love, their gratitude, their dreams, and in the future will also hold their memories.

From the day of our birth, through the stormy days of childhood and the formative adolescent years, no one has stood so uncomplainingly by us as they. Their only interests have been to better our lives and to set up standards of devotion. And now, as we set foot on the path of a future unknown, we the Seniors of GI dedicate to you, our beloved parents, the fruits of our achievements. What we feel in our hearts cannot be expressed in words, but perhaps, in this small way, we shall convey to you our heartfelt thanks and sincere appreciation. 5
