An attempt on the part of Notre Dame to instill in our students a love and respect of the great outdoors. The Conservation Clubs overall aim is to torrn sep- arate branch clubs tor all ot the outdoor arts such as shooting, hunting, camping, boating and the like. At present, however, the Rifle Club is the only active branch of the Conservation Club. Under the careful direction of Mr. Al Volanslcy, this Club has gone tar toward teach- ing our young the proper way to handle tire- arrns. It has also placed in them the love of a great sport that will live as long as America has forests. The Hunt! The Conservation Club...... i y.
